===========================
The celebration of Saint Patrick's Day began first in Boston in 1737.  It started as a religious holiday and many Irish Catholics still begin the day by going to mass.  Each year, however, St. Patrick's Day becomes a more secular event honoring and celebrating Irish heritage and culture.  What is a more fitting way to celebrate then to have a parade? And what better venue is there for a parade than historic downtown Savannah, GA?
Happy Saint Patrick’s Day to you and your families, and may God’s
grace continue to be upon us all.
May St. Patrick guard you wherever you go, and guide you in whatever you do.
And may his loving protection be a blessing to you always.
Erin Go Bragh,
