As a lawyer, I see too many preventable catastrophic injuries and deaths.
It is sad when safety takes a back seat and people are needlessly harmed. Almost every injury is preventable.
Often times some of the greatest harms and losses are caused from the conduct of the at fault party after the event...refusing to accept responsibility, calling the person a liar, invading their privacy and personal attacks.
It takes a law firm willing to go the distance, fight the fight, invest the time, spend the money / costs to pursue full justice.
