I saw where a local boxer, Stephen Bass who lost a boxing match recently and he said to his fans "I'm sorry".

For what?

I often tell my karate students:"To compete is to already win. 

"There are millions for kids in the US, there are 100s of 1000s kids within the area of the tournament. There are usually 100s in the gym where the tournament is held... out of all them there are maybe 10 to 20 kids your age who have the courage to compete. Just standing here makes you a champion and a winner in my eyes".

Taking risk in life and "standing up" takes hard work, preparation, discipline, positive attitude, strength, courage and heart. Yes showing up makes you a winner. This is true for every challenge in life.

One strong example is, for my 30+ years as an attorney I have seen that 98% of the attorneys will never walk into the court room to stand up for their client. Most attorneys in Savannah never even get admitted into the Federal District Court as a member.

Many companies like Walmart remove lawsuits from the State system to federal Court. The lawyer can then no longer handle the case unless they are a member of the Court.Look on TV for "One call that's all" and any of the mass advertisers. They are in the commercial as competitors, MMA fighters, football, basketball or have paid actors to say how tough they are and how hard they "fight".

They advertise for cases against manufactures, pharmaceuticals / drud companies, actos, auto manufacturers, Da Vinci's surgical robotic, Mesothelioma, ...

All these cases require a membership in federal Court to even file the lawsuit.Insurance companies know that and settle their cases for pennies on the dollar because they know that lawyer will never take them to a jury and hold them accountable.

Call them up and ask them for a list of their verdicts, not settlements.
